Confident leaders lead people to success. Arrogant leaders threaten their people to follow.

Arrogant leaders lead with ego, fear, and blame. Confident leaders have the following characteristics:

  • Vision. They understand how important vision is to the business and to the team and they can articulate it well.
  • Values. They live by a set of core values that become fabric of business.
  • Vulnerable. They realize it’s okay not to have all the answers. Confident leaders get input from your team. You don’t have to be the thought leader – instead, be the “speed leader.” A “speed leader” can organize the thoughts and ideas of others, faster.
