Customers are the same all over the world – the key is to understand the transactional drivers.
Everybody in business is selling something and your customers want these 5 transactional drivers:
1. Good quality brands and people to deal with.
2. Good service.
3. Great relationships with you and your brand.
4. They want it to be easy – they want you to make their life easier.
5. They want value.
Value does not equal money. If you provide a quality product, good service, a positive relationship and ease of transaction – then you are providing value.
